April enclosing a copy of a letter addressed to you on the subject of the requisitioring by the Admiralty of Far Eastern Tonnage, and to inform you that it is only owing to the urgency of Imperial requirements that this step has been necessary, and the matter is of such

importance that it is felt that all other intereete muet be subordinated to those of the Empire.
